Interview with Scarlett Fay

First off, for those who might not know you, what is your name and please describe yourself?

Hey there all my sexy people. I’m Scarlett Fay. Brand spanking new to the adult industry. I’m 23 years old with strawberry blonde hair and green eyes. I’m an Irish/Scottish gal with a dazzle of French. I am originally from the Los Angeles area, born in the Santa Monica Hospital. I lived on Venice Beach for the first 11 years of my life. I’m a true native to LA.

How did you first get into the adult industry?

Before stepping into the biz, I was working at Pala Casino in Fallbrook, California for the motor coach department. Buses would come in with up to 62 people and I would scan playing cards and ID’s. Rain or shine I was outside, on my feet for 8hrs, 5 days a week, waiting for buses. It sounds awful, but I enjoyed it. I worked with a great team of people and I loved being outside. Unfortunately, I have a tendency to get bored fast! I was with this job for 8 months, but was already looking for reasons to quit or not show up. I wasn’t looking for another job, but I wanted and needed something else. So, one day, after cruising my Myspace for an hour, which was the norm after a busy day at work, I got an email From Metro Talent Management. They said I had a great look, very girl next door, and wanted me to come in for an interview. I still wasn’t sure what type of agency this was, but before I knew it, I was on my way to Chatsworth, Ca to meet with Roxy, who is now my agent. She explained everything to me, how the business works, what’s expected of me, what I’m willing to do or not do. I didn’t see any harm in trying this porn thing out, hey, if I didn’t like it I wouldn’t do it. Couple weeks later I was off to my first boy/girl scene, and very first porn scene, with Vivid Entertainment.

What stars have you not had a chance to work with but are dying to do so?

I would love to work with Evan Stone again. He was great. I’d be excited to work with Belladonna, Jenna Haze I’ve met her, really awesome gal. Tommy Gunn, met him a couple times and I worked with his girlfriend Ashlynn Brooke on her feature Ashlynn Goes to College part.4 just last Saturday. That was an awesome time. Loved every minute of it.

You have only been in the industry for a little while now, how is it being in the industry so far?

The industry has been good to me. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories, but I’ve been very lucky and I have a great agent who has my back no matter what. I’ve met some pretty terrific people who have become close friends of mine and I don’t see myself retiring anytime soon. I feel like there’s a lot of opportunity in this business if you are smart and know how to go about it the right way. I plan on doing so.

Tell us about your first scene in the adult industry, please.

My first scene was for Vivid Entertainment for a series called Brand New Faces. My talent was Voodoo. I would assume some or most girls get nervous having sex with more than one person in a room and a camera on you the whole time, who wouldn’t? I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the minute I walked through the studio doors my inhibitions left me, possibly for good. I wasn’t nervous or scared. Not in the least. Michael was the director, Gram was my photographer, Mel was my make up artist, whom I love. She’s great and one of my favorite people to be around on set, and Voodoo was the guy who would be showing me the ropes. Good looking guy, very nice and awesome to work with. I was very lucky. The scene was awesome and it seemed like it was over before it even started, but I had a great time/

Have you thought about doing feature dancing?

I’ve definitely thought about it. I’ve asked around about it with some of the girls who do feature dancing. Some of which get to go to Australia or Hawaii to dance, which sounds amazing to me. I’m still establishing myself in this business and trying to get my name out there, so you never know, you may see me on stage pop, lockin’ and droppin’ in the near future.

What is your biggest fantasy?

Ever since watching 50 cents video for ‘Ayo Technology’, I’ve had a thing for guys dressed in all black, wearing black gloves, completely taking over my body and having their way with me. It’s very odd, but even now when I see the video or hear the song I get completely turned on. Think I’m crazy? Check out the video. Half naked girls, guys dressed as hit men, it’s very seductive and still one of my favorite songs to listen to. Especially on my way to work.

When did you lose your virginity?

Too young! I was a freshman in high school and I really didn’t know anything about sex or even my own body. I was dating someone who was a junior and he just happened to be very persuasive. I didn’t even know I had virginity until I lost it. It wasn’t all romance either. There were no lit candles and no rose pedals. No fairy tale ending with this story.

How would you like to see your career progress in the future?

I would definitely like to try new things, go to new places, and meet different people. When I first started in the biz, I wasn’t sure if I wanted too much exposure, but now I’m working hard to get my name out there. I want to leave my future open and I’d like to say that I did this for something and made something out of it. I know that some people just do this for the easy money or to support a drug habit, but I’m really having fun with this and I wouldn’t mind getting my 15 minutes of fame.

What sort of things are you interested in outside of work?

I’m definitely a book worm. I love to read up on European history or biographies. I like to keep a strong mind and body so I work out about 3-4 days a week with a personal trainer and I go running or hiking on my own time. I love going dancing, road trips or kamikaze runs to Vegas. Spending a weekend in Big Bear or cruising the gas lamp district in San Diego.

Share a silly, stupid, funny or embarrassing story that happened that you can share with our fans.

I could write a book on this. This story actually took place just a few weeks ago. I was at the local mall shopping for a friend’s birthday, looking fairly decent, when I locked eyes with this handsome, hard body across the way from me. I smiled, he smiled and it appeared that he was heading my way. He even began to wave. So, I waved back. I could feel my cheeks flushing red and I had forgotten to keep my eyes on the path ahead of me. All of the sudden, I tripped over a bench and flew forward, spilling my purse, dropping my bags, and losing a sandal in the process. I was so embarrassed that I thought about not getting up and just laying there on the cold, sticky floor. As it turned out, the hard body wasn’t waving or looking at me, but he was checking out the girl directly behind me who couldn’t control her laughter when she saw me fall. The two of them actually helped me collect my things. Super embarrassing.
