The Wicked and Fallen Gift Sets to be Awarded at Spook-tacular L.A. Halloween Extravaganza

October 31, 2008 by

Los Angeles, CA – Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce that it is joining Paramount Home Video, Lionsgate Films and Anchor Bay Entertainment to provide product sponsorship for GHOULS’ NIGHT OUT. This Halloween night extravaganza is being presented by the trend-setting horror media website ShockTilYouDrop.Com, the editors of Fangoria magazine, and Pin-Up Girl Clothing. The spook-tacular festivities will begin promptly at 8:00pm October 31st at the Regent Theater (448 South Main Street in Los Angeles).

Wicked, Paramount, and Lionsgate are supplying special promotional packages to be awarded to the evening’s top Halloween costume contest participants. Grand prize winners will receive deluxe, limited edition gift sets for Michael Raven’s erotic horror opus The Wicked and Brad Armstrong’s gothic fantasy adventure Fallen. Pin-Up Girl Clothing’s Micheline Pitt will also be providing additional treats for the ladies.

Once The Wicked and Fallen gift sets have been distributed, lucky attendees can look forward to a jam-packed night of fiendish fun from musical artists Plan 9 and renowned bad girl Masuimi Max, who’ll be taking it off and heating up the venue with her world-famous fire act. Other burlesque events for the evening include sets by Ivy Dmuerta and La Cholita (as seen on Playboy.com and in Hustler).

The evening will pulse with DJ Zorch spinning the best in ’80s and New Wave tunes to keep your claws tapping all night long. And the entire event will be presided over by horror hosts Micheline Pitt and ShockTilYouDrop.com’s managing editor Ryan Rotten. Media coverage at press time is expected to include crews from Fangoria, Shock Til You Drop, Crave Online, Rue Morgue, and many more horror heavyweights. In addition to The Wicked and Fallen gift sets, promotional products for other horror-tinged Wicked releases, like Raven’s Supernatural and The Visitors, will be distributed throughout the night.

On Wicked Pictures’ participation in the event, The Azurix Group’s Daniel M. observes, “Both ‘Fallen’ and ‘The Wicked’ are tailor-made to cross over to the horror/fantasy community. And what better way to initiate the roll out than to have both films featured at the genre’s highest profile West Coast Halloween event, when we’ll have many of the industry’s top tastemakers and writers under one roof? I’m very happy to see these two Wicked releases showcased next to the latest horror offerings from Paramount and Lionsgate.”

Monsters, go-go girls, dancing, pasties, fire…and the latest and greatest from Wicked Pictures. Get ready for Ghouls’ Night Out, the hottest and spookiest Halloween party in Los Angeles!
