Wicked Pictures And FyreTV.Com Reveal Content Delivery Partnership In Maxim

LOS ANGELES, CA (APRIL 16, 2008 THE AZURIX GROUP) – Adult entertainment leader Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce that it has agreed to make content from such acclaimed features as Manhunters and Black Widow available through cutting edge IPTV provider FyreTV.com. IPTV (IP Television) is television content delivered through the technologies used for computer networks, rather than through traditional broadcast or cable formats. Promotional initiatives already in place to publicize Wicked’s participation in the venture include an ad in the May, 2008 issue of MAXIM magazine, on sale nationwide April 18th.
FyreTV.com is accessed via a set-top box that connects to the user’s television and broadband connection. In a prepared statement, the service’s designers revealed that “FyreTV.com’s intuitive user interface includes an account management menu and first-class search engine to help users locate the movie or scenes they want to watch. FyreTV’s unique technology offers a variety of features to help users find movies based on a variety of search terms and categories, such as titles, performers, scene types, or even specific performer characteristics. Users can start a movie from the beginning, or select a specific scene through an extensive scene breakdown menu. They can also fast forward and rewind to target specific content, and create playlists.”
The user-friendly nature of FyreTV.com is an essential part of its attraction, according to Wicked Pictures’ Chief Technology Officer Avi Bitton. “FyreTV.com is a solid piece of engineering, well-reviewed, and clearly designed with the consumer in mind.
