Interview with Selena Rose

Hello Selena, those who might not know you, what is your name and please describe yourself?

My name is Selena Rose and I’m a very outgoing girl that loves to party and live the Miami life and by that I mean shop! I’m also a kind person with a big heart and with a lot of love to give. I believe in karma and always doing the right thing so it won’t come back to bite you in the butt.

What prompted you to join the adult industry?

I always thought I could be a big star. Ever since I discovered porn, I fell in love with it. I like to be the center of attention and have all eyes on me. I want to be famous and being a Digital Playground girl gives me that chance.

For those who haven’t heard you were recently announced as the new Digital Playground contract girl. Was this something you were seeking out?

Yes, I wanted to be a huge adult star so they offered me a great opportunity. I’m super excited for everything I’m working on right now with Digital Playground.

You were also a Hooters girl like fellow contract star Jesse Jane. Did you see working there as a stepping stone to getting to the adult industry?

Hooters was fun! But when I got into the industry, I didn’t have much time to work there anymore. Besides, I love porn more and being a Digital Playground Contract Star. I feel like I was born to do porn.

What do you expect to be the biggest adjustment you have to make when shoot movies as compared to your regular sex life?

None really. It’s all great because I love sex.

Do you have a particular performer that you wish to emulate as far as their career? If so who is it?

My idol as a child was always Marilyn Monroe. She’s the most beautiful woman ever.

Who are the people that you really want to work with while you are doing movies?

I would love to work with Jenna Jameson. She’s so awesome and Jesse Jane, in a scene together! I would also like to work with my friend, Jessie Andrews. She lives in Miami close to me.

What advice would you give someone that is thinking about joining the adult industry?

Being in the adult industry is not for everyone. You should only do it if you love sex, giving a good performance and if you’re not shy.

How would people back home describe you when you were growing up?

Growing up I was always really “girly” in middle school. I would only wear pink! They would say I was that friendly, caring girl that would always get her way in school.

What sort of things do you like to do when you aren’t working? Any hobbies?

I like jogging, hanging out with my friends and going to the beach. That’s pretty much my daily schedule. But at night, we party and dance the night away!

Are there any projects or special events coming up that you would like to promote, if so please do so?

Well I’ve already shot my first two projects with Digital Playground. The first was a gonzo film, Jack’s POV 17 which comes out in late August. The other is a feature film called Cheater, which comes out in September.
