The suit, filed May 10 in a Texas District Court, targets the websites and alleged owner-operators Floyd Edward Hodges, Ray Reiter and Pinnacle Entertainment as defendants. It claims that five titles, Babylon Pink, Foxtrot, Dangerous Stuff, Neon nights and Platinum Paradise, were found being exploited on both sites, available via download for a fee.

Cecil Howard, the legendary producer/director behind the Command library, said, “Those are some of my best known and most beloved titles. It hurts. So much work and financial investment went into producing these movies and I’ve worked hard to protect their integrity in every way. It really gets my goat that people are profiting from the investment of time and money I made.”

The alleged infringement came to Howard’s attention, he said, when he received a call from the studio team at HotMovies.com, currently the only legally licensed distributor for the entirety of the Command library. In turn, HotMovies had been alerted by Eric Green from Removeyourcontent as part of an ongoing strategic partnership between the two companies.

“I know HotMovies makes every effort to ensure the original producer or holder of rights for every movie on their site is properly compensated,” said Green when approached for comment. “Our job is to help protect those same businesses from website operators who don’t have the same type of scruples. I’m glad for Howard’s sake that we found these guys.”

Once the files were discovered, Green said they were purchased to ensure that, in fact, the movies being advertised were the same ones being sold. In each instance, he asserted, this was found to be the case. At that point representatives from HotMovies and Removeyourcontent discussed the situation and decided to approach Howard with an offer to help finance a legal battle to protect his titles from piracy.

Howard is being represented in this matter by copyright attorney Evan Stone (not to be confused with the eponymous porn star) of Denton, Texas. No court date has been set as of press time.

Scene 1: India Summer and Ethan Hunt

So the investigation is under the way quickly and Ethan and Randy split up in order to cover more ground. What kind of bid budget Brad Armstrong movie would this be without a big orgy scene? In this case, Randy and the other men in black agents infiltrate Estrella’s ship. I have not received the actual DVD yet. This was a download from WickedPictures.com and it did not include the bonus features. However, I have seen all the BTS stuff that was posted on the site and if the rest of the bonus features are as good as those then I will be very happy. I will write up my thoughts on the bonus features when I get the actual DVD in a couple weeks.

Final Thoughts and Rating:

Porn parodies are a big business within the porn industry but let’s be honest, most of them are not good. Fortunately, this is one of the very good ones. Brad Armstrong was able to capture the essence of the mainstream movies and the actors nailed their mainstream equivalents parts very well, the ones that had one to compare to anyway. Brad and Wicked are definitely showing a knack for the parody end of the spectrum when it comes to adult features. Hopefully they can keep up the momentum and their next parody will be just as good as this and Rocki Whore Picture Show. My only real complaint as far as the sex scenes go though was the lack of positions. As I mentioned, only one scene had more than two positions. Wicked is never going to have the amount of position changes as other companies because that is not how they operate but it would be good for them to push for at least three in each position, though it may be hard to do more because all their scenes are generally only around 12 minutes. Anyway, this is a solid movie and must see for fans of the original movies, I give this a 5 out of 5.
