Star Trek: The Next Generation: A XXX Parody Generates Out-of-this-World Media Praise

Chatsworth, Calif. — Since the wrap of principle photography, Star Trek: The Next Generation: A XXX Parody is generating massive amounts of media praise and anticipation. The behind-the-scenes photos of Revolution X and Digital Sin’s parody are becoming an Internet sensation, with leading Trekkie, sci-fi, pop culture, comic and entertainment websites reporting on the movie. Even lesbian site AfterEllen.com featured Star Trek: The Next Generation: A XXX Parody. Gawker Media’s io9.com and Fleshbot.com, as well as BleedingCool.com were all on set reporting to their collective millions of readers. Director Sam Hain says, “Because of the Trekkie culture and lore, we knew it would be important to allow media on set to witness every aspect of the creation of our movie. ‘Star Trek’ fans are extremely detail orientated, and we wanted to make sure they saw how much attention and pride we put into the parody. Most of us in the crew and cast are die-hard Trekkies. We took this movie very seriously, making it as authentic as possible.” Read more
