Kasbh Inc. has announced that it will conduct sex offender registry searches for everyone participating in Krazy Winter Nights 2027: Decade of Decadence, adding a screening measure to support its commitment to a safe and welcoming event environment.
The screening process will apply to all staff members, volunteers, presenters, attendees and any guests accompanying them. Kasbh Inc. is implementing the process consistently across the event; it is not directed toward any particular individual.
As preparations continue for KWN 2027, participants are being asked to provide their full legal first and last name, as it appears on their government-issued identification, along with their residential ZIP code. The same information is required for each accompanying guest, regardless of whether that guest will be volunteering, presenting or working at the event.
Kasbh Inc. stated that all information collected will be handled confidentially and used for the registry searches. Access will be limited to those responsible for coordinating the screening process.
Participants whose guest arrangements change should notify event organizers before the event so screening information can be updated.
