‘Hot For Teacher’ or The Strange & Continuing Case Of Rachel Dolezal

Share this article:

You might recall the name Rachel Dolezel from nine years ago (man, time does fly the older you get!) She came to sudden national consideration in the U.S. when her white parents came forward to declare that their daughter Rachel was not black, as Rachel had been claiming. Telling the Guardian that she believed race is a social construct, and also stating she felt that there is a black and white side on a slew of issues—the black one of which she claimes she was conversant—Rachel, who was a NAACP chapter president, surely stirred some controversy.

Well, the lady is back in the news; this time, it’s over something much more salacious.

As of recently, Ms. Dolezel, who changed her name in 2016 to Nkechi Diallo, was working as both a part-time after-school extended-day instructor and a substitute teacher in Arizona. The problem is she has also been posting on an OnlyFans page (pictures from which were leaked across the New York Post this past October). Now it seems her school district, who just became aware of the lady’s OF page, and some would say ‘adult’ postings, terminated Dolezel/Diallo this Tuesday.

Here is her OnlyFans account:

Dolezel/Diallo said about her OF page: “Subscribers get to see how my sensual side pairs with my creative spirit through intimate images inspired by color, light, and lingerie on weekends.” Julie Farbarik, a spokesperson for the school district where Dolezel/Diallo worked, claimed that because of the district’s “…’Social Media by District Employees’ policy and our staff ethics policy. She (meaning Dolezel/Diallo) is no longer employed by the Catalina Foothills School District.”

One of the rules regarding the use of social media by district employees says an employee shall not communicate in a manner that is unprofessional and would “significantly and adversely impact the employee’s work-related reputation.”
