Hello Helena, for those who might not know you please let us know you are and please describe yourself?
I am an independent adult film creator, performer, and legal courtesan. I am a sexual healer above all, even if it may not be reflected as far as what I am best known for. I am a lifelong artist; at this time I am focussing my creative energy into creating adult film. Sometimes it feels like there are two sides to me; one being a wild balls-to-the-walls entertainer and the other being my sapiosexual/tantrika/healer side. Both live without conflict within me. To the beholder though, there seems to be a perceptual dissidence, which i find interesting. That aside, I can say I am really excited about the evolution of my career, both present and future.
What prompted you to join the adult industry?
It may sound strange, but my Buddhist practice is what ultimately propelled me into my career. I started practicing in Detroit in 2013. At the time I was working as an artist, chef, teacher, and housepainter. It’s funny; I have never been able to settle for one career at a time. I was using alcoholism as a way to cope with my sexual suppression and poverty. I began chanting to become my true, best self, and I began to see major shifts in my life, leading up to my being able to actually leave my city and fully pursue my career. In late 2014, when I was craigslist hustling, losing my job teaching, and planning a trip to Florida for a Buddhism conference, I was invited to stay with some shamans for the week surrounding the conference. I ended up moving down a month later and between serious meditation and supportive guidance from my shaman friend, I found myself doing my first movies…
You have a couple of new features coming out soon. What can you tell us about these projects and is there anything specific you can tell us about your parts?
Yes, thanks for asking. This week, Digital Playground released a film we shot in March, called “Turndown Service”. This would be my first actual sex scenes since I went to the hospital in November 2018. On the inside, I felt pretty overwhelmed, because I had not done that level of a feature yet, especially with specifically scripted lines. I am accustomed to improv-style, so I definitely felt the challenge! I had so much fun working with the entire cast and crew, especially my scene partners, Sydney Cole and Duncan Saint. I got to play a psycho-perv BnB owner, who takes liberties with her guests, both as a voyeur and as a participant. One of my friends saw it and told me ’Thats you IRL!’ A pervy voyeur? Yes. Psycho? I hope not!
The second feature to come out this week was released by Blazed Media, produced by Jonathan Jordan (AKA Puzzy Bandit), and titled “ The Unfaithful Wife”. This one was really up my alley, as I love cheating fantasies myself, as well as doing ‘IR’(as most people probably already know). Jonathan and I have great chemistry, so any scene we shoot is going to reflect that. As we were shooting, Jonathan didn’t tell me he was planning these for a feature, so when he sent me the DVD cover, I was happily surprised. I was wondering what’s up with this guy that he only shoots these cheating-themed scenes lol. As always, Team VP did an amazing job shooting us. I love the cover photo! I know you will be seeing much more of us working together in the near future.
You also have clips4sale stores, Helena’s Cock Quest and Helena Price Taboo. What kind of scenes are you shooting for these stores and how did you come up with ideas for both?
Helena Price Taboo (Ms Price on ManyVids) is all about incestuous and MILF fantasies. I feel like I effortlessly fill the role of mommy/MILF really well, as if MILF is my natural state of being. For me, this project is really the path of least resistance, where I get to explore the subtleties of collective fantasies A lot of the scenes are shot POV, which helps the viewer to see their self in the fantasy. I initially started the project with Kyle Balls of WCA Productions. Now I am taking over the project on my own, as WCA has more on their plate than they can handle.
Helena’s Cock Quest is a project I had in mind years before I started working on it. I wanted to document my sexual adventures and show that a woman can be just as into the sexual hunt as a man can be. Most of my scenes are woven into my reality, so I think that is why so many people enjoy joining me on my adventures. This project is a much wider exploration of my fantasies and kinks, up to and including gangbangs, cuckolding, voyeurism/exhibitionism, public sex, fetish, and of course that Ass! One of the latest Cock Quest releases that I was most excited about was my first TS scene with Raven Roxxx. It was both of our first. The scene went so well, we filmed overtime. Great chemistry there! I am really grateful to Bad Girl Mafia for making this happen for us. One thing I did notice, was that certain fans showed me their disapproval loud and clear. I hope that soon society and the industry will lift the stigma off of LGBTQ performers and their scene partners. Next up for my cock quest, I have a gangbang planned, which will hopefully be even bigger than the last one (7 guys). As long as this hurricane doesn’t fuck with us, we will be filming next week.
On top of shooting you also work at the Love Ranch North brothel in Nevada. How did you start out working there and what would you say are the advantages and disadvantages of working there when compared to shooting content?
Yes, Love Ranch North has become my second home! Every year I come out for a few months to meet a number of beloved individuals. In 2015, when I came to Miami, I cultivated a small clientele. One of my beloved suggested the ranch to me, which I never knew much about. After a health-related hiatus(I have lived w psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis most of my life), in early 2016, I contacted one ranch that looked like a good bet. They never replied, but I did receive an invitation from Love Ranch North right around the same time. Now, I exclusively offer companionship at Love Ranch.
Working at the ranch is really good for me in that I have a set schedule and orderly days, 
unlike when I am traveling/shooting content. Shooting Porn and working at the ranch require different skill sets. Unless I am doing a PSE or other fantasy that requires role play, I don’t ‘perform’. Instead I allow myself to be natural, which is fitting for GFE, and honestly a breath of fresh air. I really enjoy being there for people and making a positive difference in their lives. Human connection is really important for me in feeling fulfilled in my career. For the person seeking a sexual healing experience, I think I am among the best options. I have a few beloved who have been with me since I started, exactly or this reason. With all of this going on, how do keep everything in balance so that you don’t get burned out in any one area?
The short answer is that I am still learning. I ask people who have sustained longtime careers in the industry for tips. I must and I do listen to my body. I definitely have learned about burnout the hard way. Living with multiple autoimmune conditions means that my self care routine is a must. One recent piece of information I gleaned from Robin Sharma’s YouTube is that the successful work on a sprint/rest cycle. I used to be all sprint, little rest. Now, I am learning how to maximize productivity, even in rest, and coming closer to that elusive balance.
Who would you say are some of the people you would love to work with but haven’t had the chance to yet?
I am sure there are some that I am not aware of or missing here, though this is a good eclectic list: Royal Fetish Films, TROMA, Dorcel, and Evil Angel. Coming into the future, I would love to tour Europe.
If money wasn’t an issue, what would be your dream scene or movie to make?
I would make a feature length film with fully pornographic scenes. Ideally, I would be able to collaborate with the amazingly talented people I know to create a visually stunning, bizarre story full of freaky exploits. I have more concrete ideas; id prefer to keep them to myself until its time.
Who would you say your idols are, either within the industry or not?
I don’t really do the whole ‘idols’ thing at this point in my life. As an 18 year -old thick brunette, living in a world where skinny and blond was the standard of beauty, I took a lot of inspiration from Bettie Page. She was open to doing subversive shoots, took fitness seriously, and was proof to me that I too could be sexy. I take inspiration from a lot of people these days, some who I know well, others who I know by their tweets. People I know personally who inspire me most are Team VP, Kyle Balls, and Ginary. People I don’t know well or at all who I find inspiring include Joanna Angel, Lance Hart, and Karma RX. There are so many people I look up to from outside the industry as well.
If you could have a conversation with anyone, dead or alive, who would you choose and why?
So many to choose from! In order to better inform my career, I would probably speak with David Lynch, because he is the pinnacle of creativity as far as film goes. In my opinion.
What sort of things do you like to do when you aren’t working? Any hobbies?
I spend a good amount of time every day, chanting. This meditation puts me in my best possible state for the day. I also practice yin yoga, Wim Hof Method, tantric meditation, and flow arts. I love physical activity including dance, aerial yoga, hiking, kayaking, swim, beach time, and skating. I am really interested in biohacking, functional medicine, epigenitics and herbalism. This is mainly due to the fact that I need to know these things to keep the autoimmune conditions at bay. From what I learn, I am also better equipped to help those around me who are suffering. If we apply this knowledge, we can heal. I find it 
really interesting that science is proving the truth of many spiritual concepts. Honestly, I would probably spend more time perfecting my current craft, if my health were not at stake. That said, it never hurts to learn paths to wellness!

Yes, definitely! I will be attending Exxxotica Miami September 6-8. You can catch me at the Clips 4 Sale Booth! Right after that I will be heading west to Love Ranch North where I will be available September 12- October 7. I am currently booking appointments.
