Multi-award-winning Japanese American adult entertainer and creator Kasey Kei walked out with three trophies at the 2026 Trans Erotica Awards (TEAs), including the biggest prize of the night.
On Sunday night, the glitzy and glamorous TEAs, complete with multiple star-studded red carpets, happened at the Avalon in Hollywood, and the turnout was tremendous. Kasey Kei was killing it in a red-and-black ensemble with matching Louboutins, showcasing her incredible legs and some great cleavage. She was on stage a total of four times. When Gender X Films’ “Transpirella,” directed by Jim Powers, won Best DVD, Kasey joined the cast on stage to accept. Kasey’s first personal win was Best Boy/Girl Scene for TransSensual’s “TS Cheaters 7” with Robby Apples. Her third time on stage was also with an all-star cast for Best Threesome/Moresome Scene for Adult Time’s Accidental Gangbang series “Too Many Tops!” also directed by Jim Powers. Kasey’s final time on stage was for winning the biggest award of the evening, Best Hardcore Performer. She thanked her publicist, Grooby, and paid tribute to the trans men and women who came before her.
