Pahrump, Nevada – A legal brothel near Las Vegas, Nevada will soon offer a unique erotic video experience where customers can collaborate with licensed sex workers to create their very own sex tapes. The new Sex Tape Room at Sheri’s Ranch is a state-of-the-art automated production studio where clients and sex workers use voice-operated smart home technology to create multi-angle pornographic videos that the customer then owns and takes home.
“It’s our most innovative offering yet,” Says Dena, the brothel’s madam. “No film crew, no post production, just the client and his courtesan-of-choice directing – and starring in – their very own sex tape.”
The room is equipped with four cameras capable of achieving a variety of angles, including a top angle ceiling camera, all linked to an Amazon Echo device activated by voice commands given to the Alexa virtual assistant. A computer randomly chooses what camera angles to use so that a fully-edited finished video, in the form of a media file on an SD Card, is available shortly after the steamy session concludes.
“Kim Kardashian would be proud,” says Allissa, one of the legal courtesans working at the brothel, noting the steady rise in sex tape popularity over the years brought about by amateur videos created by celebrities such as Kardashian, Pamela Anderson, and Paris Hilton.
“We often get requests to create videos with our clients, but it’s not easy to navigate the logistics, lighting, positions, or best angle while employing our smart phones,” Allissa said. “Now, all we have to worry about is having great sex, and the Sex Tape Room takes care of producing the video for us.”
When the client and sex worker are ready to get down and dirty, they just need to activate the Sex Tape Room’s recording function by saying “Alexa, begin the ‘porn star experience’,” and the room’s window shade automatically rolls down, the lights turn on, and the cameras start rolling.
Dena expects the room to be a big hit with customers visiting the bordello while they’re in Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show this coming January.
“It’s no secret that Sheri’s Ranch is the unofficial brothel of CES – with brothel revenue increasing by nearly 70% during the week of the convention — so we like to give our tech-savvy clients something new and special to experience every year,” Dena said.
“This year, they’ll be leaving Sheri’s with the ultimate memento – a hot video to help them reminisce about the unbelievable time they had with our ladies,” Dena said.
When asked about the cost for booking a session in the Sex Tape Room, the madam said that prices will vary depending on each individual sex worker’s rates.
“All of the ladies are independent contractors, so the cost for creating a sex tape will vary depending on what each individual courtesan chooses to charge for the service,” Dena said.
Allissa says that she will charge a premium for the Sex Tape Room services.
“When you consider that we’re living in the internet age, and that the client can do whatever he or she wants with the final video, you can bet that it’s going to be a higher-end sex party with me,” she said.
“Not to mention, a video lasts forever,” Allissa said. “So, I have to take into account the additional charge for making sure my hair and makeup are on point.”
The Sex Tape Room at Sheri’s Ranch opens on September 1st, 2018.
