She guided the redevelopment of AWSummit Bucharest, which grew from its origins as a cam-show event in Mamaia, Romania, into today's multi-vertical summit.
As part of that expansion, she incorporated affiliate marketing into the event, rebuilding its overall concept. Roxana also introduced business retreats in Ibiza and Thailand, expanded the portfolio with Affiliate White Sensation, and launched a custom events division that designs personalized experiences for industry clients.
Roxana directs strategy, partnerships, and growth across all company projects while connecting models, platforms, affiliates, agencies, and brands throughout the performance marketing marketplace.
AWSummit Bucharest returns September 21 through 23, bringing together affiliate marketers, digital businesses, monetization platforms, entrepreneurs, and content creators from eCommerce, Nutra, iGaming, and Adult.
