Sadie Summers is making headlines again, this time in a new Daily Mail feature that chronicles her unforgettable on-set mishap, her unexpected return to adult entertainment and the personal revelations that drove her comeback after a 15-year hiatus.
The popular adult performer opened up about a painful wardrobe malfunction during the filming of Adult Time’s The Fucket List, sharing that a zipper got caught in an extremely sensitive spot during a scene. “He was instructed to unzip me in one smooth motion,” she explained. “As he came around my [vagina], the zipper grabbed my labia – minora and majora – and got stuck. It burned and stung like a bee was trapped and angry. My ears got hot. I got sweaty.”
Summers added that the incident shocked the entire crew. “I've shot some hardcore scenes in my life, and I've never yelled ‘cut’ like this,” she said. “Everyone winced in unison. The men all grabbed their balls. The PA looked away and later admitted she almost puked.”
Thankfully, her background in nursing helped her take control of the situation. “My nurse instincts kicked in,” she said. “I asked for a mirror and some ice. I did a quick blood check and realized my skin was intact, but the zipper was stuck. I was definitely zipped up in there.” After a few careful minutes, she freed herself. “It eventually popped free. No blood, no bruising. I was even able to finish the scene and had an amazing romp.”
Beyond the viral moment, Summers also shared with Daily Mail the motivation behind her return to the industry after more than a decade away. “I wouldn't say retired. I just kind of walked away,” she said. “I knew if I were to get in a tragic car accident and didn't look like I could do movies anymore, I could still be a nurse. So I really wanted to have that piece of paper that nobody could take away from me.”
During her years in home and community care, Summers specialized in helping elderly patients spend their final days at home – a job that profoundly shaped her perspective. “Almost 99 per cent of people wish they had done life differently,” she said. “And I'm like, ‘Why am I confining myself to societal norms?' I love sex work. I'm not ashamed of it. So, let's try something new that will give me more free time with my family.”
