Okay…finally sat my oh-so-famous, albeit aging, ass down at my computer to finish up this interview. I again appreciate your patience.
Who am I? This is the question that scared me away from starting this interview because I still don’t have an answer. Better to answer who I am, which is basically a list of accomplishments which is fairly easy to answer. I have a long list of AVN and XRCO awards, from 1997 through 2008, for things like Female Performer of the Year, Best Actress, Best Anal–won that one a few times, and other sex scene awards. Hall of Fame across the board. I hosted the AVNs one year, but can’t remember which year…2001? I was an Olivia model, which was cool. And, of course, I was one of the first performers to cross over into the soft-core market and regularly appear on Cinemax and those other late night adult-themed shows. I think I was known for my real, raw and totally unfiltered sex scenes. Never had any plastic surgery done, not because it wasn’t popular to do, but because I had this ingrained belief that I would ruin the classic ballet line of my body if I did. I was originally a ballet dancer. That ballet thinking messes your head up for a lifetime. Trust. Anyway…ended up working out well for me. As did my brutal honesty.
What prompted you to join the adult industry?
What prompted me to join the industry was a couple of things. None of them necessarily great but I did turn things around for myself once I got in. It just took a second. So, yes…it begins with “the boyfriend”. This one was a particularly open minded and very overly sexual one. We can call him Spyder. So, yes…there were “drugs involved”. Put it simply, we were both addicts. So, he had contacts in the porn biz, he thought it would be cool to do scene together and make some money, for drugs, and then he backed out last minute so I ended up doing scene with Gerry Pike, while Spyder played his sax in the background and watched. Voila, I was officially in porn. I actually think watching turned Spyder on more than participation, so it all worked out. Just so you all know, I managed to get clean and sober about six months into my porno career, and was so throughout. I credit the industry, along with a 12-step program for having done that. Not a great place to work if you’re fucked up. You 
need to know when to say “No”. One of my porno mottos from the day.
What were you up to after you left the industry up until now?
Okay, since I retired and I’m still not exactly sure when that was, 2008. 2009? I think I attended the AVN thingy in 2010, but I could be wrong. Had a major back issue right around the time I was retiring, too. Had back surgery that left me pretty disabled for about 6-8 months and that really sucked! Anyway, after I left I thought briefly that it would be a good idea to fall in love and get married. But I was wrong about both. So, never actually got married, it kinda fell apart before that happened. More like shattered in a million tiny pieces, so you live and learn. I relapsed a bit, rough times, yada yada ,why do they prescribe Oxycontin to ex drug addicts…hmmm? But eventually, as usual, I got my shit back together and just moved away from L.A. Much needed change.
So since then I have been embedded in corporate America. Worked as a Food and Beverage manager at big resort, went to school to become veterinarian technician, worked as vet tech in two different states, back to F&B manager, more school to specialize in avian and herpetology and kinda free floating now to see what door opens next. Knock, knock, don’t really care for corporate America, though!
You mentioned that you are working on setting up an OnlyFans. What kind of content are you planning on uploading once you get up and running?
Ok, so my OnlyFans is up and off to a snail’s pace! But yay! I’m having every issue one could possibly have, but working through it. I’m putting up a lot of Classic Chloe/Vintage, which is funny because anything that isn’t new is gonna be vintage stuff. But, there are new pics of me, too! I am trying my hardest to figure out why my damn microphone won’t work and why the camera thing isn’t letting me go live. But, deep sigh, I’m not afraid to admit that I’m not the best at tech stuff, even the most simple stuff, but I will learn. So, I’m hoping fans will join and grow with me. I’m having a lot of fun with it, when I’m not pulling my hair out and screaming.
One of things you are most known for are your visually intense orgasms while performing. Can you describe how it feels when you do orgasm and why do you think you react the way you do?
Yeah. The Chloe orgasm. I can’t explain how it feels other than if there was a nuclear bomb about to land on my head while I was in the middle of one, wouldn’t care. Like the whole purpose of existence is projected onto the head of a pin. Nothing else matters. Laser focus on one part of the body and let the rest of the universe drop away. And to answer the second half of that question? Why do I think I react the way I do? Simple, because I can.
You were also known as the “Queen of VCA.” Full length features with a plot aren’t as common nowadays unfortunately. Why do you suppose that is and do you think the full length feature will ever come back in 
the same way?
Wow. I honestly didn’t know I was known as the “Queen of VCA”, but I like the ring of that!! I think the days of the feature are over and I applaud the companies that are still making them because why not do it until there is absolutely no demand for them anymore? But, I think people’s attention spans are shorter now. Kinda like that AWOL Nation song, “Blame it on my ADD, baby”. Also, why, as a performer, should you get paid a one time fee for something that they can keep making money on over and over again? At least that’s what the girls I talk to say. I don’t think there will be a big demand for them in coming years, but I do admit that I miss them. If I got the opportunity to star in a feature, with dialogue and a good plot, I would take it. I loved acting in them.
Since you are starting an OnlyFans, is there any chance of you shooting with any mainstream companies and if so who would you want to shoot with?
I kinda answered that in last question and I don’t even know what companies are still shooting. I haven’t done much research. If I were to return and do a movie, I would be most comfortable shooting with Mike Quasar. I’ve known him for years and I would trust him to shoot me in a way that makes me look my best. And he is funny as hell and makes me laugh!!
What would you save is your favorite scene or movie you’ve ever shot?
Favorite scene was with Marc Davis in Welcum to Chloeville #3. We won awards for that one!! And I directed it. And there was a lot that happened off camera that you guys didn’t get to see. Sorry!
If money wasn’t an issue, what would be your dream scene or movie to make?
If money wasn’t as issue my dream scene or movie to make would be: probably a take-off of the glam rock or rock n’ roll years of the Sunset Strip that actually showed all the sex and weirdness and debauchery that was going on during that time. I think there’s a parallel universe that runs along side the porno industry that aligns perfectly with that one.
Who are some of the people you would like to work with, but you haven’t had the chance to yet?
I worked with the same people over and over again, because they were my friends and I trusted them. So, there were a lot I didn’t get to sample. For instance, Jewel De’Nyle, who, although we worked on sets together, we didn’t get a lot of alone time. I would have liked to work with Janine and Tera Patrick too. Because we were under contract to different companies that couldn’t happen. Big bummer! Guys, probably Rocco. But I was a condom player and I don’t think he was Again. bmmer! Oh, and Jeff Stryker and Ken Ryker. They played on the gay side, and that was a no-no, but a girl can dream. I almost got to work with Jeff, but it fell through. I never cared much for the rules.
Who would you say are your idols or personal heroes, either within the industry or not?
My idols within the industry are Ernest Greene (Master of O), for being the smartest man on the planet Earth and always being there no matter what; Ruby (OnlyFans.com @rubyverse) who, if not for her, I wouldn’t have known to come back; Veronica Hart, who gave me some of the best advice anybody could’ve given me when I was a newbie; Jeanna Fine, who a lot of peeps may not remember anymore but she saved me more times than I can count back in the day, with words of wisdom and support.
If you could have a conversation with anyone, dead or alive, who would that be and why?
If I could have a convo with anybody, dead or alive, it would be with David Bowie. I have so many damn questions for him. About his music, the lyrics to his songs (Cygnet Committee, Bewley Brothers, etc..) and just his overall outlook on life. And he didn’t give as many interviews as other rock stars of his caliber. Which is just so Bowie! R.I.P.
What sort of things do you like to do when you aren’t working? Any hobbies?
Okay, and don’t laugh…but I’m and avid bird watcher. I love to go on hikes with my binos and just find a place that’s quiet and look at birds. Sometimes I will plan trips to mountain areas during migratory seasons when there are better varieties of birds passing through. It’s a passion of mine. I love birds and all their crazy weird antics and, I don’t know…bird-ness. Also, feathers are one of the most perfect creations on the planet. Everyone should look closely at the construction of a single feather, and then times that by, depending on the bird, 1500-25000 per bird!! Sorry, I get excited when it comes to birds and don’t forget the tarantulas! My other passion. I respect arachnophobia, so I won’t go into detail, but just know they are my other passion. Oh, and I read a lot of books. Historical fiction is my favorite.
