Interview with Sinn Sage

Hello Sinn, for those who might not know you please let us know you are and please describe yourself?

I’m Sinn Sage, and I have 20 years of experience in the adult industry; I’m an award-winning performer and producer.

What prompted you to join the adult industry?

I started performing in school and community theater at a very young age and always had a passion for being on stage. When I was old enough to do so, moving into sexual performance as a way to make a good living was an obvious choice for me. Twenty years later, I’m very happy with my decision.

How would you say the industry has changed from when you started to now, both the good and the bad?

It has changed so many times and in so many ways. One way that seems bad at first was when PornHub started to take over, and in a lot of ways, it was really detrimental. But from that, many of us learned to pick up a camera and how to edit and produce our own videos and clips.

And then Onlyfans came along and made that even easier and more accessible to anyone, really. And I think that part has been really good. When I used to just perform in videos and get paid a performance fee, I wasn’t really able to build up any savings. Now that I own and sell my own performances and products, I’m able to profit off of my own work in ways that weren’t really available to me over ten years ago.

Like most performers you also have an OnlyFans. What kind of context do you upload there and how would you say it is different, if at all, from your scenes?

I mainly produce everything I do these days. So I produce a ton of custom videos and make a lot of collaborations and content trades. I see these all as scenes. Whether I do a sex scene as a content trade with a fellow performer or on a set for a company with a big crew, I put my all effort into it and make it a genuine, passionate scene. So the content on my Onlyfans is the same quality you see in my studio scenes and the same scenes I sell in my clip stores. But you also get a ton of behind the scenes, exclusive photos, weekly live streams, and other goodies on my Onlyfans. It’s really a close fan club experience where you get to actually have chats with me and stuff, a unique experience you can’t really get anywhere else, and it’s only $10 a month.

What advice would you give someone who is thinking about getting into the adult industry?

The advice I would give now is to know what your boundaries are, know how they might change, and start making your own content, so you have ownership over what you create. Open clip stores and promote on Twitter. Do stuff you love because you will make authentic content that people love to see. And give yourself breaks to have fun – work so you can live, don’t live so you can work.

If money wasn’t an issue, what would be your dream scene or movie to make?

If money were no issue, I’d love to make some narrative movie outdoors, on boats and under waterfalls in some tropical location, with like a dozen hot ladies.

Who would you say are your idols or personal heroes, either within the industry or not?

I like the stuff that the Dalai Lama says.

Probably someone like Aldous Huxley or Timothy Leary because I like talking about the truths that can be hidden within our own consciousnesses.

What sort of things do you like to do when you aren’t working? Any hobbies?

I do watch a lot of TV. I also love to disc golf, do yoga, snowboard, travel, visit national parks, hike. My partner and I traveled and lived in a van for threeare looking to get back to life on the road soon.

Are there any projects or special events coming up that you would like to promote, if so please do so?

Definitely check out my OnlyFans at onlyfans.com/sinnsage

I’ll be coming out with a new movie from my studio soon; those are available at sinn-sage.com. I have order forms for custom videos there as well. Buy my clips at sinnsagedreams.com and sinnsage.manyvids.com, and follow me on Twitter at @sinnsage.
